Jack Williams is an active Republican and is currently serving as State Representative in Alabama House District 47 representing parts of Hoover and Vestavia Hills. He has announced he will not run again for this office. He is former Chairman of the Greater Birmingham Young Republicans. He served as President of the National Republican County Officials. Jack was a delegate to the 2008 Republican National Convention, He helped former Republican Party Chairman Marty Connors to found the Southern Republican Exchange, a conservative think tank dealing with state and local issues.
Jack Williams is a common sense conservative who has voted to oppose Obamacare and other unwanted federal intrusion into our schools, families and lives here in Alabama. Jack has led many of the reforms to help business taxes and bureaucracy, to help our local businesses and create more jobs, including passing legislation to cut taxes on businesses.

Jack has two sons, Regan, employed in Washington, D.C., and Jordan a student at the University of Alabama.
